For the 2013 Walking Challenge, each participant will complete a tracking form by Friday of each week. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but you will be prompted to enter the total mileage you walked in addition to any of the suggested routes you walked. Check out the Resources page for some suggested mobile apps and web tools to track your miles as you walk, or map out your past walks to determine their distance.
