Join Chief Benefits Officer (and your walking buddy), Charles DeSantis for a one-mile, midday walk to clear your head and get your heart pumping. Walkers meet every Thursday at 12:30 PM in Healy Circle. All you need are some comfortable shoes, 15-30 minutes, and enough momentum to tear yourself away from your desk. Walking is wonderful for your mind, body and soul (not to mention great practice for our summer Walking Challenge), we hope you can take the time out of your day to join us.
