“Your Weigh…Together” at the Law School & Main Campus

Starting mid-September, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Georgetown University team up to offer Your Weigh…Together, at both the Law Center and Main Campus.  This group program for weight management and healthy living offers 11 weeks of professionally delivered sessions in a fun, educational and supportive environment. With Your Weigh…Together, participants will receive:

  • Individualized support for goals and planning
  • A digital pedometer and resource filled workbook
  • A web-based food and activity tracking tool with meal plans and grocery lists
  • Strategies to deal with your eating triggers

New Session Added at Law Center:
Weekly sessions held 1 – 2 pm on Fridays, Sept 18 through Dec 4
First class in McDonough 342, all others in 220.

Main Campus:
Weekly sessions will be held 12:15 – 1:15 pm in Darnall Hall on
Tuesdays, September 22 and run through December 8, 2015.
