This five minute meditation is a foundational practice about cultivating a pause amid the busyness of your everyday life. A Sacred Pause can help you get grounded and come back home to yourself. Whether it’s for 30 seconds as you pause before you react, or for three minutes as you wait to pick up your kiddos at the bus stop, cultivate the daily practice of pausing and reconnecting – to your heart and what matters most.
