So, whether it is popping in that workout DVD, making your way to the gym, or taking a brisk walk outside, just move! You will be surprised – within 10 minutes you will feel more alive and energized. You are moving body parts that have been tired and bored… your breathing rate has increased… your blood is pumping… and your heart is becoming stronger! Doesn’t it feel great?!?! You will feel recharged physically and mentally and ready to tackle other daily tasks!
