Breathing from the Heart Meditation

Pause for a moment and try this beautiful meditation when you need to reconnect to your heart and recall the blessings in your life. (Length: 7:09).  After you get a feel for the sitting and doing this meditation, try and weave this practice into your everyday life as you go about your day.  Intentionally connect and breathe from your heart as you get ready for the day, get your family out the door, commute, sit at your desk, go to a meeting, get dinner ready, and get into bed.

  2. Having read this I believed it was very enlightening. I appreciate you finding the time and energy to put this short article together.
    I once again find myself personally spending way too much time both reading and commenting.
    But so what, it was still worth it!
